OUR 2021–2025 IMPACT REPORT PRESENTED TO STAKEHOLDERS
Since 2021, we have delivered our ESG strategy with a clear ambition: creating lasting value for host countries and communities alongside responsible mining.
The publication of the 2021–2025 Impact Report marks the completion of this first chapter, highlighting five years of progress across community development, environmental stewardship and economic contribution, while setting the course towards the Group's 2030 ESG ambitions.
Throughout June 2026, the report was presented to employees, host communities and public authorities across Côte d'Ivoire, Burkina Faso and Senegal. These engagements provided an opportunity to share the results achieved, recognise the contribution of employees and strengthen dialogue with stakeholders on the priorities for the next phase of Endeavour's ESG journey.
The roadshow marks the transition from the Group's 2021–2025 ESG strategy to Phase 2, reinforcing our commitment to delivering sustainable value across West Africa.
