Endeavour holds the largest exploration portfolio in West Africa’s underexplored Birimian Greenstone Belt.

Its exploration programme has delivered 20.7 Moz of Measured and Indicated resource discoveries over the last eight years, more than double the production depletion over the same period, at the low discovery cost of less than $25 per ounce. The company remains on track to achieve its five -year discovery target of 12–15 Moz of mineral resources over the 2026 to 2030 period, for a discovery cost of less than $40 per Measure and Indicated ounce.

Attractive shareholder returns

Over the 2021 - 2025 period Endeavour has returned $1.6 billion to shareholders in the form of dividends and share buybacks, 83% above its minimum commitment over the period, and equivalent to 38% of its market capitalisation from the start of the programme.

Endeavour is committed to returning capital to shareholders through its updated shareholder returns programme, reflecting its transition to a phase focused on cash flow generation, the company will return at least $1 billion to shareholders over the 2026 – 2028 period provided the realised gold price over the dividend period exceeds $3,000/oz.Endeavour expects to further increase its supplemental returns through additional dividends and share buybacks.
