From 7 to 12 July 2025, we celebrated ESG Week for the second year running, with a strong focus on community health across our sites. The highlight of this year's mobilisation was the deployment of health caravans, held simultaneously across several countries.
Building on last year's success, the 2025 edition centred on maternal and child health, reflecting Endeavour's deep commitment to supporting vulnerable groups. Services included antenatal consultations, paediatric care, ultrasounds, vaccinations, and nutritional support, delivered in partnership with local health authorities.
In total, more than 5,100 community members benefited from free medical services, which was more than double the 2,078 people reached during the 2024. This remarkable increase demonstrates both the relevance of the initiative and the growing engagement of Endeavour’s teams.
