Our 4Ps, Performance, Proactive, Pioneer and Partnership, are our core values and define what we believe in as a company.

In 2025, we strengthened the integration of our 4Ps through the rollout of our 4Ps Values in Action workshop series. This initiative invited 515 employees from across the Group’s offices and sites to translate our 4Ps into tangible daily behaviours. Together, the participants identified 590 behaviours, which are now published in an accessible Group-wide handbook.

Our leadership teams are actively championing the 4Ps, reinforcing expectations through performance discussions, recognition programmes and regular communication. By aligning leadership behaviours with our values, we are strengthening consistency, accountability and trust across the organisation.

In 2026, we will continue embedding the 4Ps through onboarding programmes, leadership development and site-led engagement initiatives, ensuring our values remain central to how we operate and grow.
