At Endeavour, safety is our top priority. We are committed to a zero harm culture, driven by the belief that every injury and illness is preventable.
This commitment extends to everyone on our team, employee and contractor alike, where each individual plays a crucial role in ensuring their own safety and that of their colleagues. By fostering this collaborative approach, we aim to create a work environment where everyone feels empowered, supported and, most importantly, goes home safely every day.
Our approach
Health and safety is incorporated in our zero harm topic – one of Endeavour’s most material issues. It is incorporated in a number of Endeavour’s principal risks including licence to operate risk, operational performance risk and capital projects risk.
During 2024, we achieved ISO 45001 certification across our operations for a second year in a row, which we believe is testament to the strength of our Health and Safety Management Plan and systems that apply to both our employees and contractors.
