Neil Woodyer, CEO
Mr. Woodyer was a founding partner of Endeavour in 1988. He is responsible for implementing the corporation's strategic growth plan and co-coordinating and directing the entire management and professional team. Mr. Woodyer has extensive experience in the mining sector developing, implementing and financing strategic growth plans. Mr. Woodyer has served as director on several resource company boards including Medoro, Pacific Rubiales and Oriel Resources as well as gold producers Bema Gold and Wheaton River Minerals.
Adriaan "Attie" Roux, COO
Mr. Roux was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Endeavour Mining in August 2012. Prior to that, he was responsible for the commissioning, operation and technical performance of Endeavour's Nzema processing plant before taking on the role of Senior Vice President - Operations. Mr. Roux has 34 years experience as a Metallurgist with AngloGold specialising in the start-up, commissioning, running and expansion of large scale gold processing plants throughout South Africa. Most recently at Anglo, Mr. Roux held the position of Divisional General Manager and Technical Head of Metallurgy responsible for operational plant management and has also developed new facilities in Guinea and Ghana.
Christian Milau, CFO
Mr. Milau is Endeavour's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and joined the group in March 2011. He is a Canadian Chartered Accountant and US Certified Public Accountant (Illinois) with over 15 years of experience. His international background has spanned over 12 years including most recently as Vice President, Treasurer of New Gold Inc. an intermediate gold producer. Prior to this he was a Vice President with Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance and BNP Paribas Corporate Finance, in Canada and the U.K. respectively, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions and equity transactions. Mr. Milau also held roles in the assurance practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Switzerland and Deloitte & Touche in Vancouver.
Douglas Bowlby, Executive VP Corporate Development
Mr. Bowlby is responsible for the analysis of corporate transactions, assisting with transaction implementation, and contributing to the growth of the company. Mr. Bowlby joined Endeavour in 1996 and has a strong analytical background and wide range of natural resource transaction experience in merchant banking, corporate finance and M&A. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute.
David Laing, Executive VP Technical Services
Mr. Laing has over 35 years experience in production, operation, project development and construction of base and precious metals projects, including 10 years providing consulting services to the mining industry globally. Mr. Laing has extensive international experience, having worked in the Netherlands, Peru, South Africa, Chile, USA and Canada. Prior to joining Endeavour, Mr.Laing worked with Billiton, Bema Gold, MRDI and Standard Bank (New York), and provides Endeavour with a skill set which combines sound operational experience and engineering practices with financial acumen. Mr. Laing is a Mining Engineer and a graduate of the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, London.
Morgan Carroll, SVP Corporate Finance & General Counsel
Mr. Carroll joined Endeavour in 2008 and has wide range of transactional experience in mining, including bank and capital markets financings and M&A. He previously spent seven years practicing law in the finance group at Mayer Brown International LLP in London and New York, and is admitted as an Attorney in the State of New York, and as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
Don Dudek, Senior VP Technical Services
Mr. Dudek is an exploration geologist with over 30 years of professional experience, including senior management positions in the mining sector. Prior to joining Endeavour in 2012, he was Senior Vice President of Exploration for Avion Gold Corporation from 2008 to 2012. Mr. Dudek also served in progressive roles culminating as Exploration Manager of the North & Central America Division of Aur Resources Inc., a mid-tier copper mining and exploration company, from 1996 to 2007. Mr. Dudek is currently the Chairman of the Board for Alder Resources Ltd. and a member of the board of Sulliden Gold Corp. and Atlantic Industrial Minerals. Mr. Dudek holds a B.Sc. Geology (honors) from the University of Saskatchewan.
Jeremy Langford, Senior VP Projects
Mr. Langford holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from RMIT University and has worked in the Mining and Oil and Gas industries for the past 12 years. He has extensive experience in many countries including Ghana, Senegal, Norway, Indonesia, Russia, South Korea and Australia. Prior to his tenure with Adamus, Mr. Langford held the position of Construction Manager for the Sabodala Gold Project in Senegal. Mr. Langford is responsible for overseeing the Agbaou project for Endeavour Mining coupled with other associated projects for Endeavour's current operating facilities at Nzema and Youga.
Doug Reddy, Senior VP Technical Services
Mr. Reddy has over 28 years of experience in exploration, mine geology, resource development and consulting in base and precious metals. He is responsible for the analysis of exploration potential and the assessment of mineral resources for Endeavour. He has extensive experience in the preparation of bankable resource and reserve estimates, feasibility level studies, and NI 43-101 and JORC compliance. Mr. Reddy is a registered professional geoscientist (P.Geo. APEGBC) and a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Gérard de Hert, VP Exploration
Gérard de Hert has more than 14 years of experience in mining and exploration in West and Central Africa. Prior to joining Endeavour, he served in senior roles at Vale, IAMGOLD and Anglogold Ashanti in DRCongo, Senegal and Mali. He holds a Master in Mineral Exploration from Leicester University in the UK and a Master in Mineralogy & Geology from Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium.
Marla Gale, VP Investor Relations
Ms. Gale has more than 16 years of investor relations experience, with the most recent five years being within the gold mining industry. Most notably, she was Director, Investor Relations at Aurelian Resources , which was acquired by Kinross in 2008 for $1.2 billion. Ms. Gale began her career at Hume, Kieran, a small cap investor relations consultancy where she served a range of clients, including junior mining companies. While at Fleishman-Hillard, a global PR agency, and The Works Design Communications, she consulted for a range of companies including Agnico-Eagle, Falconbridge and Harry Winston.
